Standard Terms
All orders are made fresh and are non-refundable.
Delivery times, production and ingredient availability are not guaranteed due to the economic effects of the Covid 19 pandemic. If you choose to cancel your order you acknowledge that all funds paid will not be returned.
Bellus Lab guarantees the quality of its products and tests them prior to leaving our facility. Once they leave our facility you are responsible for them and the proper care & storage of the products. Bellus is not liable for the customer service, revenue loss, reactions or product issues that arise, they are the responsibility of your company.
Order Cancellation due to Abusive Behavior – Bellus Terms and Conditions
At Bellus, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all users of our platform. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior that disrupts the harmony of our community. In line with this commitment, we reserve the right to cancel any orders, regardless of their current stage, should they involve abusive behavior exhibited by customers.
Abusive behavior encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation directed towards our team members or fellow customers. Both in and out of work hours.
- Usage of offensive language, hate speech, or discriminatory statements.
- Engagement in fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate our system for personal gain.
In cases where an order is cancelled due to abusive behavior, Bellus will adhere to the following guidelines:

Refund Policy: Customers whose orders are terminated as a result of abusive behavior will be eligible for a refund for work that remains incomplete. Refunds will not be applicable for tasks that have already been successfully completed by the Bellus team.

Completed Work: Any tasks or services that have been fulfilled by the Bellus team prior to the cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Discretionary Authority: Bellus retains the sole discretion to identify instances of abusive behavior and determine whether an order warrants cancellation. Our decision to cancel an order due to abusive behavior is final and not open to dispute.

Immediate Cancellation: We maintain the right to cancel orders promptly and without prior notice, should the abusive behavior present an immediate threat or harm to our community, staff, or platform.
Shipping / Handling Fees
Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, UPS, FedEx and USPS package delivery times may be extended and service guarantees have been suspended. All Shipping and Handling Fees are not included and must be paid prior to the release of goods. All accounts balances must be paid in full prior to release of goods. Bellus Handling Fee is 3% of your total product order. Handling Fee(s) are paid prior to release of goods.
Shipment requests for shipment to more than one location are subject to a $100 fee + shipping and 3.5% handling fee. Any orders that need to be put in individual unit boxes has an additional 2.5% packing uncharge.
Orders cannot be held once complete and will be shipped to their designated location.
In order to process your order with tax exemption, please share a copy of your business resale certificate.
By processing your payment through our website, Square, PayPal, or Venmo invoice you accept these terms and conditions.
